The maximum amount is €14,000 for segment IV (50-99 employees) and €24,000 for segment V (100-249 employees). The solution must include at least 3 licensed users and a minimum service period of 12 months.
Business Intelligence and Analytics with associated AI (up to €9,000)
This category funds data analysis tools with artificial intelligence capabilities. Features include intelligent dashboards with automatic insight generation, anomaly detection in business data, predictive trend analysis, automatic report generation, and proactive alerts based on AI-detected patterns.
The maximum amount is €7,000 for segment IV and €9,000 for segment V.
Process Management with associated AI (up to €19,000)
The highest-value category covers business process automation with artificial intelligence components. Includes intelligent automation of repetitive tasks (invoice processing, document classification, automated query response), AI-driven optimization of production processes, intelligent resource planning, and automated quality control with computer vision.
The amount reaches €14,000 for segment IV and €19,000 for segment V.
AI for segments I, II and III: what options are available
The smaller segments do not have specific AI categories in the current call. However, many of the standard Kit Digital solutions already incorporate AI features by default: modern CRMs include predictive scoring, management tools include intelligent automations, and cybersecurity services use AI for threat detection.
In addition, there is a non-legislative proposal asking to extend both programs (Kit Digital and Kit Consulting (Spain advisory grant)) with a specific focus on AI for SMEs of all sizes. If this proposal materializes in future calls, smaller companies will also have access to specific AI categories.
